This includes, but is not limited to Facebook (Meta), Instagram, Twitter, Snap Chat, Pinterest, Messenger, Wesbites, Blogs, etc. When posting commentary and observations within a public forum that contains any information relating to an individual associated with The Bird's Nest Child Care LLC. the employee will be subject to disciplinary actions which may include immediate termination. The posting of non-confidential information (promotional materials) shall be restricted to official channels of communication (The Bird's Nest website, Facebook Page and Instagram) unless prior written approval from the director has been obtained.
