The Bird’s Nest Parent Handbook Acknowledgement

The Parent Handbook describes important information about The Bird's Nest, and I understand that I should consult the director regarding any questions.  I have entered into my enrollment relationship with The Bird’s Nest voluntarily and acknowledge that my enrollment is at-will.  Accordingly, either I or The Bird’s Nest can terminate the enrollment relationship at will, with or without cause, at any time, without prior notice so long as there is not violation of applicable federal or state law.

This Handbook and the policies and procedures contained herein supersede all prior practices, policies, handbooks, and any representation or statements regarding the terms and conditions of my enrollment with The Bird’s Nest that are not set forth in a specific written agreement signed by the Company’s Owner. By distributing this handbook, The Bird’s Nest expressly revokes all previous policies and procedures that are inconsistent with those contained herein.

I understand that all policies and practices may be changed at any time by The Bird’s Nest without prior notice. The Bird’s Nest will update the Parent Handbook online and send home a paper copy if any changes are made.

I have received the Parent Handbook, and I understand that it is my responsibility to read and comply with the policies contained in this Handbook and any revisions made to it.
